Welcome to Savera Pashu Aahaar. These terms ("Terms") govern your use of this website and of our free WhatsApp-based feeding support service ("the Service"). By using the website or messaging us on WhatsApp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are and what we provide
Savera Pashu Aahaar (सवेरा पशु आहार) is a premium cattle feed brand based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh — marketed by Atuma Cattle Feed and manufactured by Saket Industries. Our feed products are sold through retail stores and distributors. Alongside our products, we offer the Service: free feeding and nutrition guidance in Hindi for dairy farmers, delivered on WhatsApp by text or voice. The Service is provided as-is, free of charge, and is intended for adult farmers in India.
Product purchases happen at retail stores and through distributors, not on this website. For product details such as price, batch, and packing date, refer to the printed pack. Always follow the feeding directions printed on the bag.
2. Important: advisory only, not professional veterinary care
Savera Pashu Aahaar provides general feeding and nutrition guidance. We are not a veterinary service.
- For any sickness, injury, or unusual symptom in your cattle (loss of appetite, fever, sudden drop in milk yield, mastitis, bloat, etc.), consult a qualified pashu chikitsak (veterinarian) immediately. Our service will explicitly tell you so.
- Our guidance is general and is not a substitute for in-person veterinary or extension officer advice for your specific animal.
- You alone are responsible for decisions you make about your cattle's care.
3. Acceptable use
When you use the Service, you agree to:
- Provide truthful information about your cattle, so that we can give useful advice.
- Use the Service for personal, non-commercial farm advisory purposes only.
- Not abuse, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or scrape our system.
- Comply with all applicable laws in India.
We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms.
4. AI-generated content
Replies from Savera Pashu Aahaar are generated by an AI assistant configured by our team. We design the system carefully to give safe, useful Hindi advice, but AI systems can occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Always use common sense and consult a veterinarian when in doubt.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service running 24×7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. WhatsApp delivery delays, third-party API outages, and routine maintenance may cause temporary disruption. We are not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

7. Intellectual property
All text, design, and software underlying Savera Pashu Aahaar belong to us. You may freely use the advice we send you for your own farm; you may not republish or resell our Service or its content.
