1. Who we are
Savera Pashu Aahaar (सवेरा पशु आहार) is a premium cattle feed brand based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India — marketed by Atuma Cattle Feed (ADA Colony, Naini, Prayagraj — 211008) and manufactured by Saket Industries (Manjhanpur, Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh). 2. Information we collect
When you use our WhatsApp support service, we collect:
- Your WhatsApp phone number, provided automatically by WhatsApp when you message us.
- Your name, as you share it during onboarding.
- Information about your cattle: type (cow / buffalo), breed, age, current milk yield, and lactation stage, as you provide during onboarding.
- The content of your messages: text you send, transcripts of voice notes you send, and our replies to you. This is stored so we can give context-aware advice and review service quality.
We do not collect government IDs, financial information, or location data. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels — this website is purely informational.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Provide cattle feed advice tailored to your animal's profile.
- Remember your profile so you don't have to repeat it each conversation.
- Review conversation quality and improve the service over time.
- Respond to your support requests.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
4. Third-party services we rely on
To deliver the service we use a small number of trusted third-party providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — to send and receive messages.
- Google (Gemini API) — to generate Hindi cattle-feed advice from your questions.
- Bhashini (Government of India) — for Hindi speech-to-text and text-to-speech.
- Render — for hosting the service backend.
We share with these providers only what is necessary to process your specific request. None of them are authorised to use your information for their own marketing.
5. Data retention
We retain your profile (name, cattle details) and conversation history for as long as you continue to use the service, or until you ask us to delete it. If you stop using the service for an extended period, we may delete inactive records.
6. Your rights
You may at any time:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your profile and conversation history.
- Stop the service by simply ceasing to message us — no formal opt-out required.
To exercise any of these rights, email atumafeed@gmail.com mentioning your WhatsApp-registered number, or send a WhatsApp message that includes the word "delete".
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all communications, restricted access to backend systems, and regular review of dependencies. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
8. Children
Savera Pashu Aahaar is intended for adult farmers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Significant changes will be communicated via a WhatsApp message to active users.
